I'm a high school student with a huge crush on their history teacher...it's not even the fact that I know I'll never have him, but it's my friend -suddenly- realizing she likes him too, just to copy me. I shared my secret with her, and she can do nothing but try to gain pity herself from this unfortunate burden I'm living with. I hate her, and I hate these stupid feelings over a married man. But he's gorgeous...if only I were older...

Don't let your friend spoil your dreams. No one has to know what desires are in your heart. You're right to be realistic knowing that your teacher will remain out of reach, but as a married guy myself, we do have feelings, but it's best to keep them to yourself.

I am the girl who actually ended up having an affair with my High School History teacher. He too was a married man. It became too much for me and i told his family.Him and his wife are still together and he's still teaching. EVERY SINGLE DAY i feel guilty. SO, guilty i want to kill myself. I'll never forgive myself for betraying another woman like i did to his wife. &, i'll never be able to live with myself because i didnt turn him in to the school. I thought it would be embarrassing to him and his family and i'd never be able to live it down. The truth is that i find it to be a constant struggle to live with myself because i didnt turn him in. one day, he'll have the opportunity to have an affair with another young girl like me. And, another girl will have to feel the way i do every day. that haunts me.
