I was in a rush to finish work before leaving for vacation. I knew there was a problem with the project I was working on but told my boss it was complete anyway. When she found the problem, I blamed it on a coworker. The only thing he did was to pass the problem on to me instead of addressing it himself. Not a great thing to do but not an excuse. Of course, he thinks I'm lousy now and I am.
